The New Student Application is now open for the 2023-24 school year! The application must be completed for all students entering Kindergarten - or applying for any grades K-8 - for the next school year.

We are a K-8 school of choice. Our enrollment process includes an application and registration information.
Plymouth Educational Center is open to all students, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, socioeconomic status, or disability status

Lottery Information
In the 2023-24 school year, Plymouth Educational Center will serve students in Kindergarten through 8th Grade. All students must reside in Michigan. Kindergarten students must be age 5 by September 1, 2023. (If your child will not be 5 by 9/1/23, you may apply for a waiver).
Plymouth Educational Center is a tuition-free school of choice. No entrance exam is required. PEC is open to all students regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, socioeconomic status, or disability.
Registration
In the event the number of applications received during the open enrollment period exceeds the number of seats available, a random selection lottery will be held during the first week of May.
Applications will continue to be accepted after the lottery date, and seats will be filled on a space available basis. If a grade level is at capacity, students will be placed on the waiting list.
